Lance and Megan Roberts serve with Youth with a Mission, currently in Discovery Bay Washington.

We are Global Staff with an emphasis on Ukraine where we met and served for many years.  We work primarily in the areas of staff development and care.

Lance has been serving Ukraine since 2006 and Megan since 2010. We got married in 2013 and continued to live and work in Ukraine until 2020 when we returned to the states. Throughout the various roles we have held, one thing has remained consistent; to see people flourish in missions long-term. We have continually had a heart to see Christian workers within Youth With a Mission thrive and function in their ministries in a healthy way.

When Russia’s full-scale invasion began in 2022, we immediately jumped into making sure YWAM workers in Ukraine could continue to function despite the stress and trauma they were experiencing. This has become our main focus now, to help the workers in Ukraine continue to serve in ministries while navigating the trauma of war.
